The Anvil Hotel is a spring 2017 refurbishment of a 1950s ski hotel located in Jackson’s historic center. The hotel features a wood-fired Italian restaurant named Glorietta Trattoria, a beverage program developed by Proprietors LLC (the team behind New York City’s Death & Co.), a lobby that doubles as a café and mercantile with a Westerlind retail shop, and 50 freshly designed rooms. The total renovation, managed by Filament Hospitality and designed by Brooklyn-based Studio Tack, is contemporary yet rough, representing Jackson’s geography and culture.

Snow King, located in Jackson’s Town Square, has skiing in addition to lift-accessed tubing, a treetop adventure park, the state’s only alpine coaster, and an ice climbing facility with lessons provided by Exum Mountain Guides.

Grand Targhee, located on the Tetons’ western slope, is famed for its champagne powder, western friendliness, panoramic beauty, value, and, beginning this season, farm-to-table cuisine. The ‘Ghee is pleased to announce the appointment of David Hugo as chef. David will focus on farm-to-table eating and sustainable farming and culinary processes. Hugo reimagined The Branding Iron’s lunch, après, and dinner menus. Targhee’s Rendezvous Lodge now features a new private guest locker room. There are 56 lockers, boot dryers, armchairs, a flat-screen television, and a private restroom in the locker area.
