What We Don’t Do
CharterJets Inc. is a broker for air charter services and does not own, manage, or operate aircraft. CharterJets Inc. is not a scheduled airline. All advertised air charter transportation services are offered and provided by third-party FAA-licensed direct air carriers that are certified under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135, Part 129, or Part 121, as issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, or by appropriately licensed foreign direct air carriers.
CharterJets Inc. does not provide services to or on behalf of persons or businesses in the following countries: Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea Russia, , and Ukraine. CharterJets Inc. does not organize charter flights or other services of any type in these locations, either directly or indirectly.

The more advanced notice you provide, the higher likelihood we will be able to accommodate. Scheduling is booked weeks and even months in advance these days so any last minute changes are quite difficult to accommodate. Having that said we will do our best and our Aviation Advisors are experts at making things work so please notify us as soon as you can and we will do everything in our power to accommodate.
Most certainly. These aircraft are meticulously maintained by the best teams in the industry. Third party safety vendors verify all documents and maintenance requirements.
For domestic flights, no. For International flights, yes, you must have your passport to travel anywhere outside of the United States.

Booked a Global Express from US to Switzerland before al restrictions had been lifted, an essential business trip, so entry was complicated and required lots of sorting, paperwork, etc. Worked with Justin Collom and he took care of EVERYTHING!! If I could give 100 stars, I would. From the first call from Ron to every little detail of our arrival in Houston, everything was perfect. We needed to get to Houston to MD Anderson Cancer Center after my husband was diagnosed with mesothelioma. Commercial flight was not an option. Being able to drive on the tarmac to the plane was amazing. Having a car plane-side in Houston was too. Flight was flawless. It was very nice to have fruits and croissants for a snack on board as well. Everyone involved, including the car rental person, was God’s blessing to us., paving the way for this trip. May God bless each one involved for being such a blessing to us.

My Gulfstream was having some landing gear issues so I contacted CharterJets Inc. on a Friday at 9pm as they came highly referred. Our flight must depart the following morning at 9 am on Saturday to take us to a graduation. Ron S. picked up on the first ring and had multiple aircraft options for review in less than an hour. We selected a Falcon 2000 that needed to reposition a couple hours to accommodate our early flight the next morning. Ron and his team worked diligently through the night to ensure we departed on time. The aircraft was incredibly clean and the interior was like new. Our Texas-Based Crew were very experienced and helpful. We are incredibly grateful for CharterJets Inc. and would recommend them without hesitation!
